A compact studio apartment designed to enhance the property's value through architecture.

Designing a studio apartment for rental always requires a versatile approach: the space must be functional, comfortable, and adaptable to different lifestyles.

​

But when the goal is to position a property in a higher price segment, functionality alone is not enough. The space needs character.

In this project, the defining feature is the shower area, positioned along the central axis of the apartment, extending from the entrance towards the panoramic window. The glass-block volume creates a striking architectural focal point and becomes the key element of the interior.

The floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fills the studio with natural light. As the light passes through the glass blocks, it softly filters into the shower area, while the texture and depth of the dark glass maintain privacy.

Precise zoning allowed us to make the most efficient use of the 27 m², while carefully selected materials, interior details, plaster mouldings, and premium Casamance Neluwa wallpaper create a visual identity that positions the property within a higher-end rental category.
